Economic downturns often lead to business restructuring. This will always impact on staff as roles change, people are redeployed, redundancy levels increase and steps are taken to adapt – introducing seasonal working patterns, Agency staff, part and full time roles.

When undertaking any organisational change, you must comply with a number of key legal requirements. We can help with this and a range of services, from strategic reviews to conducting face-to-face interviews with staff.

We will:
  • Focus on your business’s objectives and strategy to ensure that changes deliver improvements.
  • Help develop a communications strategy during the period of change.
  • Recognising that change can affect productivity, we will help improve corporate engagement.
  • Liaise and consult (though not negotiate) with Trades Union representatives.
